Giving Back to Our Community

At Just Elegance Events, celebrating our community goes far beyond beautiful events. We believe in investing in the next generation. Every year, we also donate funds to support local students and community causes.

Local Community Heroes Scholarship Program

We are proud to be part of the Local Community Heroes Scholarship Program (localcommunityheroes.org) — a bilingual initiative that recognizes and supports local student heroes across our community. Our owner, Luis Munoz, has served on the program’s board since 2018.

Every year, the program awards scholarships — typically around $1,000 — to San Jose area high school students who demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact on society, without expecting anything in return.

We personally deliver paper applications to local high schools so every student has the chance to apply. Students can also apply online at the program’s website.
